El proyecto Nuevas t\u00e9cnicas y vivienda social<\/em> estudia un conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas internacionales que permiten entender la vivienda social contempor\u00e1nea como campo de investigaci\u00f3n en aspectos cualitativos, en relaci\u00f3n a tres niveles interrelacionados: urbano, arquitect\u00f3nico y constructivo. Se pretende con ello restituir la complejidad del objeto de estudio, evitando las aproximaciones concentradas en aspectos parciales que se han venido proyectando en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. En este sentido, incluso en los esfuerzos recientes a nivel oficial, el impulso a experiencias innovadoras en cuanto a viviendas protegidas queda con frecuencia reducido al \u00e9nfasis en la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y la sostenibilidad, que aun siendo aspectos fundamentales no pueden identificarse con la complejidad de la cuesti\u00f3n de fondo. Por otro lado, la investigaci\u00f3n se centra en el estudio de las relaciones entre campos de innovaci\u00f3n y aspectos normativos, intentando sortear otra tendencia recurrente: la de confiar en un n\u00famero reducido de realizaciones singulares la capacidad de promover pr\u00e1cticas buenas o innovadoras, sin incorporar sus propuestas en la construcci\u00f3n de conclusiones o marcos m\u00e1s generales.

<\/span>Los objetivos principales del proyecto son los siguientes:

<\/span>1.Identificaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas a nivel internacional en vivienda social y formulaci\u00f3n de un marco operativo mediante su comparaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica con la situaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola. Elaboraci\u00f3n de cuadros comparativos, tablas de relaci\u00f3n, f\u00f3rmulas de optimizaci\u00f3n, etc.

<\/span>2. Identificaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros para la optimizaci\u00f3n de la vivienda social en relaci\u00f3n al dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico.

<\/span>3. Formulaci\u00f3n de nuevos programas para atender a las crecientes demandas sociales (flexibilidad relacionada con el mercado de alquiler, nuevas formas de agrupaci\u00f3n familiar, etc).

<\/span>4. Elaboraci\u00f3n de un cuadro de criterios para la aplicaci\u00f3n de programas de vivienda social en la recuperaci\u00f3n de conjuntos de inter\u00e9s hist\u00f3rico y arquitect\u00f3nico, l\u00edmites de higiene, confort, accesibilidad, est\u00e1ndares dotacionales, etc. Referencias para un nuevo marco normativo.

<\/span>5. Formulaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros para la evaluaci\u00f3n de la vivienda social en relaci\u00f3n a la sostenibilidad. Reciclaje de materiales, huella ecol\u00f3gica, etc.

<\/span>6. Propuesta de cuadro de nuevas t\u00e9cnicas constructivas y materiales para una optimizaci\u00f3n del confort y la econom\u00eda de medios compatible con una mayor flexibilidad de la vivienda y con la ocupaci\u00f3n y transformaci\u00f3n de estructuras hist\u00f3ricas con valor patrimonial.

<\/span>7. Elaboraci\u00f3n de conclusiones sobre par\u00e1metros y condicionantes de la calidad de la vivienda social, como resultado de la s\u00edntesis entre los aspectos anteriormente enunciados.

<\/span>El mayor logro del proyecto reside en haber abarcado un tema de gran complejidad desde el rigor cient\u00edfico y una condici\u00f3n transversal que atraviesa las diferentes escalas de aproximaci\u00f3n e incorpora el car\u00e1cter interdisciplinar del equipo de trabajo a los resultados de difusi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The project Nuevas T\u00e9cnicas y Vivienda Social studies a set of international practices that allow us to understand contemporary social housing as a qualitative field of research, in relation to three interrelated levels: urban, architectural and constructive. The aim is to restore the complexity of the object of study, avoiding the approaches that have been used in recent years concentrating on partial aspects. Even on an official level, the drive towards innovative experiences in terms of protected housing has often been reduced to an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability, which, although fundamental, cannot replace the complexity of the issue as a whole. The research also focuses on the study of the relationship between innovation and regulatory aspects, trying to avoid another recurring trend of relying on a small number of singular achievements to promote good or innovative practice, without incorporating their proposals into the construction of conclusions or more general frameworks.

<\/span>The main objectives of the project are the following:

<\/span>1. Identification of good practices in social housing at an international level and drawing up an operational framework through critical comparison with the Spanish situation. Preparation of comparative tables, relationship tables, optimization formulas, etc.

<\/span>2. Identification and application parameters for the optimization of social housing in relation to architectural design.

<\/span>3. Formulation of new programmes to meet growing social demands (flexibility related to the rental market, new forms of family grouping, etc.)

<\/span>4. Preparation of criteria to be applied to social housing programmes in the recovery of complexes of historical and architectural interest, hygiene limits, comfort, accessibility, standards, etc. References for a new regulatory framework.

<\/span>5. Formulation and application of parameters for the evaluation of social housing in relation to sustainability. Recycling of material, ecological footprint, etc.

<\/span>6. Proposal of a table of new construction techniques and materials for the optimization of comfort and economy of means compatible with a greater flexibility in housing and with the occupation and transformation of historical structures with heritage value.

<\/span>7. Drawing conclusions on parameters and determining factors of social housing quality, as a result of the synthesis between the previously mentioned aspects.

<\/span>The greatest achievement of the project resides in having covered a subject of great complexity with scientific rigor and a transversal approach that spans the different scales of approach and incorporates the interdisciplinary nature of the team in the dissemination results.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
